Leading with Love and Compassion - Why Not You?

Recently, I spoke at Progression Partner’s Women of Distinction conference in the great city of Indianapolis.

What does it mean to lead with love and compassion?    This concept is based on 8 value principals:

Patience
Trustful
Honesty
“Grudgeless”
Servant Leadership
Walk The Talk
Consistent and encouraging communication
Commitment
