Love and Compassion for Successful Leadership - Value #1

Following up from my blog of last week, the first value required is "Patience".  This means being able to master the ability to publicly and privately exhibit self-control in challenging and tense leadership situations.   Are there occasions when YOU lost your patience and admonished someone publicly?  Remember, don't be patient with poor performance,  but respond patiently.
